The same farm-grown ingredients, application of the same principles of organic agriculture, the very same Olivero quality in extre large sizes with that unmistakable flavour of pure authenticity, allowing chefs and pastry chefs to tastefully enrich their dishes and enabling them to give that additional touch of fragrant refinement to their recipes.


FRESH ORGANIC EGG YOLK

Our organic egg yolk is obtained exclusively from shelled eggs from our own laying hens. It needs to be kept in the fridge at a temperature which may vary between 2 and 4°C.

This egg product can be used for making pastry, ice cream, fresh pasta and deli dishes.

SUGARED ORGANIC EGG YOLK

Our sugared egg yolk is an egg product which contains 50% organic cane sugar and 50% organic egg yolk. It is obtained from our own cracked fresh eggs, which are homogenised and pasteurised in order to get the perfect organic product for the preparation of pastry and ice cream.

It is also ideal for making parfaits, creamy desserts and puddings.


FRESH ORGANIC WHOLE EGG

The whole egg is made exclusively with recently cracked fresh eggs from our farm. It is an organic egg product obtained from our own cracked fresh eggs, which are homogenised, pasteurised and refrigerated. It is ideal for making ice cream, egg pasta, deli dishes and pastry.


ORGANIC EGG WHITE

Our ready to use organic egg white is obtained exclusively from shelled eggs from our own laying hens. First we break the eggs, then we separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and finally we homogenize, pasteurize and refrigerate the former in order to preserve them without the use of any additives.

It is a pure and natural product providing you with the confidence and security that only comes with using fresh produce of the highest quality. The preparation of numerous desserts and deli dishes is made quick and easy for food professionals while also avoiding any kind of food wastage.
